From “it’s broken” to taken care of.
We reply by the next business day with a written proposal, or with a clear note if we can’t coordinate the repair. You approve the scope, the contractor’s price, and the FixFair fee before anything is booked.
FixFair fee
- Repairs under $300: $29 fee
- Repairs from $300 to $999: $49 fee
- Repairs of $1,000 or more: $79 fee
The request is free. The fee is due only after you confirm the work is complete. Contractor payment is separate.

An example, not your project: a dishwasher that will not drain, with a $280 contractor price and a $29 FixFair fee.
FixFair coordinates; independent providers perform the work. No emergency service.
