FixFair · Fees and how it works
A clear plan. A visible fee.
Submitting a repair request is free. Your written proposal shows the contractor price and a separate, flat FixFair coordination fee. You approve both before coordination begins, and the FixFair fee is due only after you confirm the agreed work is complete.
FixFair fee schedule
- Repairs under $300: $29 fee
- Repairs from $300 to $999: $49 fee
- Repairs of $1,000 or more: $79 fee
Actual prices and fees are set in your written proposal, which may differ from this schedule for unusual jobs. Contractor payment is separate; FixFair does not hold contractor funds or provide escrow.
